Yesterday we rode up the Meadows in the Sky parkway, a paved road rising about 1000m in 25km from the park gate to the parking lot on top. Ciel struggled a bit after the tiring ride up Mt. Ida yesterday, but she persevered and made it to the top! Lots of RVs and other vehicles, but we didn't see any other bicycles until we were on the way back down after a short picnic lunch with my dad (who drove us in his car to Revelstoke and back to Salmon Arm).-mark.
