It's been a very high river, but just in time the rain stopped so there wouldn't be flooding further in the valley with the town of Snoqualmie and Fall City being particularly susceptible. I spoke to one woman who had her sand bags out this morning starting to shore up her house when the rain let up with blue breaks in the grey sky.
